He has just ten films in kitty but is already a star to bank upon. Yes, Ranbir Kapoor is a man who is being centred as one of the futures of Bollywood as he has demanded a big feast from the makers' earnings and that too a touch too high.
The actor is asserting a whopping 70 per cent of the profit that makes him stand on the sidelines with stars like Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. The two stars are are known to take home somewhat similar profit percentage.
Buzz is that Ranbir's father Rishi has been involved in attaining his son getting into the class club. Rishi's newest condition is: "If you want to cast my son in the film, you've got to make sure that you pay him 70 per cent of what you gain."
It seems that the condition put forward by Rishi only added to Abhinav Kashyap's demands. The production house was strained to turn down as they felt this was more in keeping with the Hollywood style of execution.
However, soon all fell into place and Viacom 18 agreed to produce the film.
